Kadlec has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse Resident to join our growing Operating team located in Richland, Washington! Classes starts on January 31 st 2022.
Shift Details: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE. 10 Hour Variable Shifts. Shifts include weekends.

Our 24/7 12 state-of-the-artsurgery suites include user-friendly, integrated technologies, enabling the entire surgical team to work safely and efficiently. Kadlec provides a full range of services: Open Heart, Thoracic, Neuro, Trauma, Orthopedic Trauma, Total Joint, General Orthopedics, Urology to include Lithotripsy, Uro-Gyn, Gyn, Robotics, Vascular, General, ENT, and Plastics. Image-guided navigation is also utilized. Kadlec embraces the standards of perioperative nursing as formulated by the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) and the American Society of Peri-Anesthesia Nurses (ASPAN), and complies with regulatory standards through The Joint Commission (TJC), Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI), and Infection Prevention agencies.
Nursing degree/diploma upon hire required.
All Registered Nurses without a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) degree or higher must obtain a BSN within 3 years from date of hire required.
Active Washington State RN licensure required.
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required.
A recent graduate who has completed pre-licensure nursing program typically within the last 12 months and/or less than 12 months of direct patient care experience required.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor of Nursing degree (BSN) preferred.
Certification in related specialty area preferred.
