Kadlec Regional Medical Center has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Development RN to join our growing Education team located in Richland, Washington

Shift Details: Full time, 1.0, Day Shift


Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

  • Current WA State RN Licensure required

  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS required.

  • Certified Credentialed EPIC trainer; Inpatient ClinDoc, within 90 days from date of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Health care or education from an accredited educational institution.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Serve as a consultant, educator and clinical expert for the medical center and service areas. facilitates clinical orientation and partners with education team to coordinate and facilitate additional education offerings. Conduct ongoing needs assessment and provides program development for staff education.

  • Demonstrate and sustain compliance with Kadlec Caregiver Expectations Standard of Excellence and Code of Conduct

  • Develop, facilitate and oversees programs for orientation, training, in services, and continuing education.

  • Coordinate & conduct EPIC Inpatient ClinDoc training.

  • Coordinate & facilitate education offerings for staff and community members.

  • Assess staff educational needs; develops and implements programs/learning activities to meet these needs.

  • Coordinate and facilitates annual safety education for all staff.

  • Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, improving organization performance program, and safety standards.

  • Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in service meetings, and workshops

  • Monitor outcomes of learning as evidenced by competency assessment.

  • Participate in professional organizations and community activities.

  • Attend meetings as required and participates on committees as directed.
